Monica Scott

Monica is a Patient Advice and Liaison Service Officer for Dudley Primary Care Trust. She meets with professionals at all levels to represent client’s wishes. She has considerable experience of supporting people to access services. She is responsible for supporting the user involvement group to provide feedback at board level on issues of concern, identifying areas of good practice, service improvements or gaps. She is an active member of ETCAP a support network for BME Health professionals.

Monica has also gained experience through her role as an advice worker, providing a free independent and confidential advice service for African Caribbean communities in Dudley. She has been an advocate for African-Caribbean Communities (Age Concern). She has also gained extensive knowledge and expertise in fundraising and project work.
